Q: Can I arm my home when I'm at home?
A: Absolutely. Our systems have a "stay" button which activates perimeters while bypassing interior motion detectors. The "away" button arms the entire house, including motion detectors for when you're out.
Q: Can I replace my back-up battery myself?
A: Yes. It's easy. Just remove the black and red leads and take the battery to any electrical supply store and get the same voltage battery. The old battery should be recycled, not dumped. If the store you purchase your new battery from doesn't recycle, hold on to it, and the next time we're at your home or business on a servce call, we'll take it and recycle it for you.
A: Sirens sound on the premises. A signal is sent to the Central Station through your phone line indicating what went off (e.g., the fire alarm, front door contact, panic button, etc.). The Central Station will call you. If you answer the phone and give your password the Central Station operator will cancel the signal. If no one answers the phone on the premises, or whoever does does not know the password, the operator will call the proper authorities, and then try to get in touch with the people on your call list.

A: With a monitored security/fire warning system you'll be entitled to a reduction on your homeowner's insurance policy. Contact your insurance provider for details.
